Barbra Jean was played by none other than the very talented and hilarious actress Melissa Peterman. As all fans know, Barbra Jean was Brock's dental hygienist and he left Reba to marry Barbra Jean.
What I love most about Barbra Jean is the fact that she knew her affair with Brock was wrong and she admitted it was a mistake. She didn't consider what she did okay, but she also (like the
others) admitted what she did wrong and she moved on with her life.
The other thing I love most about Barbra Jean is she's so hilarious. Melissa Peterman has stated that she is happiest when she can make someone laugh. Half the stuff she did embarrassed me,
but it was hilarious. She was so fun loving and you couldn't help but love her. Even Reba knew that, although she wouldn't admit it. Through everything, you could see the good heart she
had. There wasn't hardly anything she wouldn't do for anyone, especially Reba. :) She could be naive at times too, but she was still awesome.
