BROCK AND KYRA

Brock and Kyra had a very special relationship. In the beginning Kyra had a hard time with Brock's and Reba's divorce. She tried avoiding spending time with Brock and Reba had to pull a few tricks to get them together. Then Kyra wasn't going to go to Brock and Barbra Jean's wedding, but after talking with her mom, she changed her mind and went. I guess she was scared that Brock wouldn't love her anymore, but she finally realized that Brock would always love her, no matter what. Then in the 2nd season's finale and the 3rd season's premiere, Kyra made the decision to move in with Brock and Barbra Jean when she felt like she wasn't getting what she needed at Reba's. She felt pushed to the side a lot because it seemed like everyone else took priority over her. It may Brock feel good because he was really afraid that when he and Reba separated, that Kyra really resented him and it appeared she didn't. And the thing about Brock is there isn't anything he wouldn't do for any of his kids if it was in his power to do it. Even though he knew Kyra's decision would hurt Reba, he supported her decision. He also made sure after a little incident that she also check in with Reba as well as him.

Brock and Kyra had their ups and downs. And things became tough for them when Brock and Barbra Jean separated for a while. Kyra took it on as her fault and she convinced herself that Brock hated her for it. After talking with Reba, and then Brock and Barbra Jean too, she realized that Brock's and Barbra Jean's problems were not her fault and that Brock absolutely did not hate her. He loved her more than she could ever know. Even though Brock and Kyra could get into their arguments, they loved each other and shared a special bond between them.
